Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting Customer Service Advisors for a Front Office contact centre in Edinburgh. Roles are full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, long-term temporary contracts through May 2027 with strong extension potential.

Salary: £13.50 per hour plus holiday pay, with free parking at the South Gyle location. Candidates should have contact centre experience, strong communication skills, and IT proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a professional contact centre environment, preferably financial services.
• Familiar with ISA/SIPP/bonds advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
• Experience working to targets, deadlines, or SLAs.
• Good IT skills including Word and Excel.

Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our major Financial Services clients based at South Gyle to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors to work in their Front Office contact centre.

PLEASE NOTE - as these roles will be working within Financial Services candidates MUST be able to pass both a criminal record check (Disclosure Scotland) and a Credit Check.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as the first point of contact for both advisors & customers via both telephone calls and digital channels
• Supporting with outbound customer contact where it's required
• Delivering the best possible customer service at all times
• Supporting customers with using digital options where required & explaining self-service options
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements in the team
• Logging of information accurately on internal systems

In order to be considered for these roles your skills and experience should include:

• Previous experience working in a professional contact centre environment - preferably within Financial Services
• Any candidates with the above experience including working with or exposure to ISA's, SIPP's & bonds would be advantageous, however this is not essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail, with the ability to manage a busy workload effectively
• Experience of working to targets, deadlines or SLA's
• Solid IT skills, including the use of Word & Excel
