Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is hiring a Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive to own the DACH customer journey from London, covering Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will drive accurate orders, clean data, and aligned logistics to keep sales moving.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Logistics, Operations and Warehouse teams, managing order entries through shipment and flagging risks before delivery. German fluency and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language required.
• 1–2 years general office experience.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, ensuring orders are accurate and data is clean.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Operations and Warehouse to streamline order entry through shipment.
• Produce and review orderbooks, flag risks before shipping windows open, and keep stakeholders updated on delivery status.
• Maintain accurate customer data across pricing, part numbers and value-added services.
