Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a German-speaking Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive in London to keep DACH accounts running smoothly and customers informed.

You will own orderbooks, data integrity, pricing, and VAS details, coordinating across Sales, Logistics, Operations and Warehouse to prevent delays and miscommunications. Fluent German is essential and 1–2 years in B2B or service roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent German is essential.
• 1-2 years' B2B, office, sales support, customer service or operations experience.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own sales operations and customer service support for DACH accounts.
• Manage orderbooks, customer data, pricing, part numbers and VAS details.
• Enter and review orders to ensure accuracy before shipping windows open.
• Support order allocation and warehouse communication.
• Keep customers and sales teams updated throughout the shipping season.
• Helping track fulfilment, delays and customer satisfaction.
