Job summary

Alderson James is partnering with a market-leading global e-commerce SaaS platform to hire German-speaking Customer Success Managers in London. These roles manage enterprise accounts across the DACH region and require presence in London three days a week.

You will own relationships with global brands, drive retention and growth, lead QBRs, and collaborate with Product, Commercial and Operations to deliver outcomes. Fluent German and English are essential; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English required.
• Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts in SaaS/e‑commerce/payments/logistics or related tech environments.
• Proven track record of driving retention, renewals and revenue growth.
• Strong ability to analyze data to shape recommendations and ROI.
• Excellent executive-level stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with enterprise clients as a trusted adviser.
• Manage complex international accounts across the DACH region and multiple markets.
• Drive retention, expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead QBRs and use data to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product, Commercial and Operations to deliver client outcomes.
