Job summary

A global outdoor cooking brand in Bournemouth is seeking an Operations Specialist to enhance supply chain performance in the DACH region. You will act as the key contact for retail buyers, oversee the order process, and ensure efficient logistics delivery. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Supply Chain, fluency in German and English, and strong proficiency in Excel. Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Sales Ops, Supply Chain, or Logistics required.
• Experience in a retail background is advantageous.
• Strong skills in Excel, particularly Pivot Tables and Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for German retail buyers.
• Oversee the end-to-end order process, managing EDI entries.
• Select the most efficient carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with sales to set up new accounts.
