Job summary

Arius Recruit is seeking a Senior Account Executive fluent in German to lead enterprise SaaS sales across DACH and Nordics. You will own prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing, working with senior commercial leaders and solution specialists to position AI and Talent Intelligence solutions.

This hybrid, international role offers exposure to large organisations, collaboration with product, marketing and pre-sales, and clear progression within a growing global function.

Qualifications

• Fluent German speaker with a track record in enterprise SaaS sales.
• Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management across multi-layered organisations.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise sales tooling.
• Hybrid role with international exposure in DACH & Nordics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop and win strategic customers across DACH & Nordics.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Pre-Sales to tailor outcomes.
• Manage complex, consultative conversations centred on AI and Talent Intelligence.
• Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound opportunities.
