Pallet is hiring its first Enterprise Account Executive for the EMEA region, based in London with remote-to-start flexibility. You will own net-new enterprise acquisitions across Europe, build relationships with logistics providers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define international GTM strategies.

Qualifications

Business-fluent French for discovery, negotiation and executive presentations.
8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales experience.
Strong consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
Experience navigating complex buying committees and long cycle enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA from prospecting to close.
Build and maintain a 3x-4x pipeline and self-source ≥30% of opportunities.
Develop relationships with COOs, CIOs, VPs in Europe’s logistics sector.
Lead discovery sessions mapping operational workflows to Pallet’s AI capabilities.
Scope and lead pilots demonstrating measurable ROI and enterprise deployments.
