Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a Spanish - Customer Service Advisor to handle inquiries across email, phone, live chat and social media. This temporary role supports product advice and order issue resolution, working a shift rotation from 8am to 8pm with weekend coverage. Start date 26th October.

You will engage with customers professionally, aim to meet department targets, and collaborate with other teams to enhance service quality. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
