Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in customer support, order management, or a similar role.
Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support via email, phone, portals, and other channels to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Process orders, forecasts, and purchase orders in ERP systems.
Coordinate inventory and forecast inventory usage with customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management and other teams to resolve inquiries and issues.
Proactively communicate order status, delays, and backorders to customers.
Maintain accurate customer and order data across internal systems.
