Job summary

Euro London is recruiting a Customer Services Coordinator fluent in German and English to join its international Customer Service Team in the Wigan area. The role reports to the team leader and focuses on delivering high-quality service to customers across channels.

The position is hybrid (3 days on site) with salary around £28,000–£30,000 depending on experience. You will handle orders, provide information, resolve enquiries and work with other departments to improve delivery times and customer

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in a B2B customer service environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of service to all aspects of the business.
• Assist in customer order fulfilment activities such as taking orders, providing information and determining delivery dates.
• Liaise with all company departments to improve processing and delivery times of orders.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints/enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide timely solutions matching the customer’s needs and objectives, coordinating with the customer to deliver as required.
• Manage and resolve conflicts with minimal input from line or sales managers.
