Job summary

Aspiring Aspire Recruitment in Liverpool is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to deliver multi-channel support in a hybrid, office-based role. You will handle inquiries in English and German, driving a high-touch service while meeting KPIs.

The position offers a £27,300 annual salary (37.5 hours) with bonus opportunities, a hybrid arrangement in Liverpool City Centre, and Mon-Fri 8am-4pm working hours.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English and German required.
• Experience meeting KPI and SLA targets.
• Customer service background, call centre preferred; travel/hospitality experience a plus.
• Upselling or cross-selling experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised customer experience across channels (phone, email, live chat, social media).
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements.
• Support customers across the full journey with partner network.
• Manage customer interactions involving stakeholders from the partner network.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
