Job summary

Work Lyf Group Ltd in Stone is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a forward-thinking team. The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with hybrid working on Monday and Friday, and a starting salary of £26,000 per year.

You will handle bilingual German/English customer interactions, manage orders and inquiries, and deliver exceptional service across channels. Training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC is available and benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank

Qualifications

Fluent German language skills with professional communication.
Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
German-English (written and spoken)
Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all communication channels.
Manage orders, enquiries, and service requests with accuracy and professionalism.
Prioritise, organise, and process all customer requests within agreed timeframes.
Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
Communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels, as well as external partners such as couriers and logistics providers.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is processed correctly.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work flexibly, accurately, and collaboratively as part of a team.
