Job summary

Euro London Appointments Ltd is recruiting a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the Guildford team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the office after training.

You will handle inquiries in German and English for UK and European customers, build strong relationships, and work with internal teams to resolve issues while keeping accurate records in our systems. This is a friendly, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English is essential.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable handling enquiries by phone and email.
• Experience using CRM/ERP or similar systems.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience supporting international customers is advantageous.
• Experience with technical product inquiries or B2B/B2C helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email in German and English.
• Be a key contact for German-speaking and UK customers.
• Resolve queries, complaints and service issues professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
• Work with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.
• Support reporting and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide a consistently high standard of customer service.
