Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Client Success Associate in the United Kingdom to onboard clients, surface their priorities, and demonstrate the value of Gartner services. You will engage with executives and client teams to ensure adoption and maximum ROI from memberships.

You will collaborate across Gartner’s expert community, deliver measurable outcomes, and drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem solving. A German language capability at business level is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 6+ months relevant professional or internship experience.
• Proven track record of success fueled by delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Ability to use German (Reading, Writing and Speaking) at a Business or Native level.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and surface business priorities to ensure value realization from Gartner services.
• Deliver value to decision makers and drive growth by introducing Gartner services and capabilities.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI on memberships.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery and design innovative solutions.
• Leverage insights and metrics to drive ongoing client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
