Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Client Success Associate in the United Kingdom to onboard clients, demonstrate value and drive engagement with Gartner services. You will work with leaders across IT, HR, Finance and other functions to ensure clients realise ROI from their Gartner subscriptions.

You will build strong relationships, surface business priorities, and coordinate with Gartner experts to deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant professional or internship experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients and driving value.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.
• Ability to use Dutch at business/native level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients ranging from senior C-levels to more junior client professionals to ensure successful use of Gartner subscription.
• Deliver value to decision makers and drive Gartner growth by introducing services and connecting clients with Gartner experts.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI of memberships.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery and business results.
• Leverage insights and metrics to drive continuous client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
