Job summary

French Selection, a leading UK-based consultancy specialising in bilingual recruitment, seeks a Trilingual Customer Service Advisor (Italian and another European language) in Watford. Hybrid working with regular office attendance.

You will manage the ordering process from enquiry to delivery, provide excellent service, maintain client accounts, prepare quotations and coordinate deliveries while liaising with other departments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and another European language, written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales support.
• Proactive, confident and dynamic with strong communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and contract information in the database.

To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

The Role

• Manage the ordering process from initial enquiry to delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
• Manage existing accounts and client contract information in the database

• Coordinate deliveries in line with client requirements and update client accordingly

The Candidate

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support - Essential

• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
