Job summary

French Selection is seeking a German and Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor in London. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to the German and Dutch markets and supporting daily operations.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and face-to-face interactions, build strong client relationships, and coordinate cases with laboratories and clinics worldwide. The position offers a salary of £35,000 per annum plus great benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and Dutch (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer service desirable but not required.
• Proactive with the ability to use initiative, build strong client relationships and work effectively to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions
• Respond to customer enquiries, resolve queries and provide professional product advice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a positive customer experience
• Coordinate cases from initial instruction through to completion liaising with clients, laboratories and medical clinics worldwide
• Manage sample shipments, prepare and fulfil orders / samples
• Provide administrative support and general office duties
• Contribute to sales targets and the smooth running of the department
