Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are recruiting for a German Speaking Wholesale Coordinator / Customer Service Advisor to join a Nottingham-based client on a hybrid basis.

You'll handle German-speaking markets, deliver excellent service via phone, live-chat and email, process orders, support retailers and help retain customers. The position is full-time with an annual salary of £26,000 and remote working flexibility.

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German Speaking Wholesale Coordinator / Customer Service Advisor who can work on a hybrid basis for their client based in Nottingham City Centre.

Office based in Nottingham 2 days a week, remote 3 days a week.

As a German Speaking Account Coordinator / Wholesale Coordinator it will be your responsibility to work with customers, primarily those based in the German speaking region and covering the German speaking markets, providing excellent customer service via phone, live-chat and email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
