A specialist recruitment partner is looking for a Geoenvironmental Lead / Technical Manager to oversee technical aspects related to contaminated land and groundwater. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in investigation and remediation, along with a relevant degree. This full-time position offers the chance to influence strategy and lead technical development with a clear route to a director-level role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contaminated land investigation, risk assessment, and remediation.
• Strong knowledge of current UK legislation and guidance including CLR11, C4SLs, GACs, and DoWCoP.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across contaminated land and groundwater assessment.
• Prepare and approve Remediation Strategies and Waste Classification reports.
• Mentor and upskill engineers and project managers in geoenvironmental principles.
