Empowering Learning is seeking a General Teaching Assistant in Northallerton to support the class teacher and help pupils get the most from each school day.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist with resources, and foster an engaging, inclusive classroom. DBS and right to work in the UK are essential, with a collaborative, team-focused approach encouraged.

Empowering Learning is working in partnership with a range of primary and secondary schools across the Northallerton area, and we're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team!

The Role

As a General Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and helping pupils get the most out of their school day.

This is a busy and rewarding role, where no two days are the same. You'll be expected to:

• Support the class teacher with the day-to-day running of the classroom.
