Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join supportive mainstream schools across Barnet, London. This mainstream school-based role involves supporting pupils in the classroom, individually or in small groups, with potential 1:1 SEND support.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion, enthusiasm and commitment to working with children and young people.
• Be confident supporting pupils with their learning in a mainstream classroom environment.
• Have previous experience working with children, ideally in education, care, youth work or support setting.
• Be willing and able to support pupils with SEND and additional needs, including 1:1 support.
• Be patient, approachable, proactive and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Be committed to helping pupils achieve their academic, social and personal development goals.

Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join supportive mainstream schools across Barnet, London.

We are looking for proactive and caring individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with their learning and development. This is a mainstream school-based role, where you will work alongside teachers to support pupils in the classroom, either individually, in small groups or as part of the wider class.

There may also be opportunities to provide additional support to pupils with SEND, including pupils with autism or other additional needs. This could involve 1:1 support where required, alongside supporting the wider classroom.
