Available to work full time, 5 days a week between the hours of 8.30-3.30?

Empowering Learning urgently require experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants, to work in Schools across the Northallerton area.

Due to a recent high demand in Teaching Assistant placements in Schools across the Northallerton area for 1:1 SEN support and general classroom support we are urgently recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants, who have recent experience of working with pupils in UK School settings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Support students with their learning through one-on-one assistance and small group interventions.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students.

Requirements:

• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 3).
