Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support children across primary schools in the Lutterworth and Market Harborough areas. You will help pupils across the primary age range alongside teachers to create a positive, inclusive learning environment, both academically and socially.

Working hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm, with flexible opportunities across friendly schools and ongoing support from dedicated recruitment consultants.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (C/4 or above) or equivalent.
• Desirable: Teaching Assistant qualifications.
• Experience working with children in education, childcare, coaching, youth work, mentoring, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across the primary age range in class and small groups.
• Assist teachers to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Support learning, development and wellbeing of children throughout the school day.
• Build supportive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the primary age range, working alongside teachers and school staff to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. You will play an important role in helping children develop both academically and socially.

Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
