Loungers plc is seeking an Assistant Manager for Cosy Club Bournemouth to lead daily operations from brunch to late-night service. You will support the team, maintain high service standards, and foster a welcoming environment in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring smooth operations across shifts.

Compensation

£43,000 per year (approximate). Salary set up to £34,500 per year plus additional incentives.

• Base Salary: Up to £34,500 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated £6.5k–£9.5k annually (tips shared equally across the team based on hours worked)
• Bonus: Up to £3,000 additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Paid for hours beyond contract at normal hourly rate – no pre‑approval required
