Job summary

Cosy Club Norwich is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and support our busy team. You will work closely with the General Manager to uphold service standards and guest experience across all dayparts.

You will oversee operations, coach staff, and drive training to prepare for future progression to General Manager. This role offers development and a clear path within our hospitality brand.

Qualifications

Working with us you could earn in the region of circa £46,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £38,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £9.5 annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £3.5k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
