Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our busy centres in the UK. You will create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for both your team and customers, driving performance across bar, diner, amusements and bowling.

You will be fully accountable for delivering budgets and KPIs, improving profitability, and coaching your team to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests returning. Nights and weekends work are expected in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager with experience in leisure/hospitality/retail.
• Experience managing a budget of at least £1m.
• Relentless drive to deliver top operational standards.
• Evidence of optimising sales and performance of a business unit.
• Coaching, developing and progressing your team.
• Empathetic and compassionate leadership.
• Resilience, flexibility and adaptability for a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial and commercial performance across four revenue streams: bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
• Deliver all areas of the budget and KPIs and accountable for centre profitability.
• Coach, lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
