Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a General Manager to run one of our busy centres in the UK. You will lead a dynamic team, shape operations across bar, diner, amusements and bowling, and be fully accountable for budgets and KPIs while driving profit.

You will coach staff to deliver outstanding service, manage a centre with a focus on safety, fun, and customer satisfaction, and work occasional nights and weekends as part of a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager experience, ideally in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Experience managing budgets of at least £1m.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Committed to delivering operational excellence and customer service.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run one of Hollywood Bowl Group's busy centres and lead the team.
• Drive financial and commercial performance across bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
• Deliver budgets and KPIs, and manage profit performance.
• Coach, motivate and inspire staff to deliver outstanding service.
