You will shape daily operations, drive performance across bar, diner, amusements and bowling, and be fully accountable for delivering budget and KPIs while inspiring your team to excel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Experience managing a budget of at least £1m is advantageous.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and sales performance.
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Run a busy centre, creating a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for staff and customers.
• Drive financial and commercial performance across bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
• Own delivery of budget and KPIs; maximise centre profit and share in success.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
