Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a motivated General Manager to run a busy bowling centre in the UK. You’ll shape the business, lead a team and drive profit across four revenue streams: bar, diner, amusements and bowling. You’ll deliver on budget targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage nights and weekends, lead people development, and shape a fun, safe environment with opportunities for career growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Experience managing budgets of at least £1m is desirable.
• Proven ability to drive operational standards and sales performance.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and development mindset.
• Empathetic, adaptable and resilient to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run one of our busy centres, creating a safe, fun, and vibrant environment.
• Drive financial and commercial performance across bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
• Be fully accountable for budget delivery and KPIs.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service.
