Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our busy centres in the UK. You will be responsible for creating a safe, fun and vibrant environment for your team and customers, and for driving the financial and commercial performance across the bar, diner, amusements and bowling streams.

You will have hands-on leadership, manage a budget of £1m+, and be fully accountable for delivering budgets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven budget management experience (£1m+).
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run one of Hollywood Bowl Group's busy centres.
• Create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for staff and customers.
• Drive financial and commercial performance across four revenue streams: bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
• Be fully accountable for delivering all budget and KPIs and driving profit.
• Coach, lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
