Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a hands-on General Manager in the United Kingdom. You will run one busy centre, creating a safe, fun environment for your team and customers while delivering strong financial and commercial performance across bar, diner, amusements and bowling.

You will coach and lead a team to deliver outstanding service, align with KPIs, and contribute to the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager experience in leisure/hospitality/retail
• Budget management experience of at least £1m
• Commitment to operational excellence

• Run one busy Hollywood Bowl Group centre with a safe, fun environment
• Drive financial and commercial performance across four revenue streams: bar, diner, amusements and bowling
• Be fully accountable for budget delivery and KPIs and share in success
• Coach, lead, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service
