Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a General Manager to run one of our busy centres and drive financial and commercial performance across bar, diner, amusements and bowling. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a safe, fun environment.

You will be responsible for achieving budgets and KPIs, coaching staff, and continually raising operational standards in a fast-paced leisure setting. Nights and weekends availability is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager experience in leisure/hospitality/retail.
• Proven ability to manage budgets of £1m or more.
• Strong focus on operational excellence and standards.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
