Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a General Manager to run one of our busy bowling and entertainment centres in the UK. You will shape the business by driving performance across the four revenue streams—bar, diner, amusements and bowling—and be fully accountable for delivering budgets and KPIs.

You will lead and develop the team, foster a safe and exciting customer environment, and contribute to the company’s growth plans. This role requires nights and weekends as part of a dynamic operation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on General Manager experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Experience managing a budget of at least £1m.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends, adaptable to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run one busy Hollywood Bowl centre, creating a safe, fun and vibrant environment.
• Drive financial and commercial performance across bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and results.
