Five Guys in Liverpool seeks an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive profitability and deliver outstanding guest service. You will coach and develop the team, own the P&L, and focus on sales growth while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of General Management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Full ownership of P&L, driving sales while controlling labour and COGS.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach store teams to deliver profitability and outstanding service.
• Own day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth long-term planning and execution.
• Drive sales growth, manage budgets, and maintain rigorous health, safety and hygiene standards.
