Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume operation in the Warrington area. You will own the store’s performance, coach the team, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service and food quality.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop talent, manage costs, and deliver strong profit results with a focus on guest experience. This is a hands-on, frontline leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of General Management in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Track record of driving guest satisfaction scores and Mystery Shopper results.
• Full P&L ownership and ability to drive sales while controlling labour and COGS.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach the teams to ensure profitability and optimise sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure store runs smoothly day-to-day and plan for long-term growth; spot potential and develop a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage HR issues and recognise and reward performance when needed.
