Five Guys is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume restaurant. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing costs, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences on every shift. You will own the P&L, coach and develop the team, and uphold Food Safety and hygiene standards while delivering consistent results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in General Management in high-volume hospitality or QSR.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage costs.
• Focused on customer satisfaction and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and deliver profitability.
• Manage and coach teams; ensure high service standards on every shift.
• Own the P&L and drive top-line sales while controlling labour and COGS.
• Ensure Food Safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
• Develop managers and build a strong talent pipeline.
