You will lead a team on shift, coach, and develop staff, while upholding food safety and hygiene standards. This role involves managing daily operations, optimizing costs, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team to deliver strong results.
• Strong focus on guest experience and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach teams to deliver profitability and excellent customer service.
• Oversee shift operations, ensure smooth running of shifts and compliance with food safety standards.
• Manage P&L during shifts, control labour costs and waste to hit targets.
• Drive sales opportunities and ensure a positive, high-energy working environment.
