Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume store in the Wirral region. You will lead and coach teams to deliver profitability, exemplary customer service, and a strong guest experience. You will own the store’s P&L, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure food safety and 5-star hygiene across the operation.

You will build a culture of accountability, develop managers, and maintain a strong talent pipeline while delivering on strategic store goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of General Management experience in high-volume hospitality or QSR.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach teams to deliver profitability and excellent customer service.
• Own day-to-day store operations and long-term planning.
• Drive top-line sales while controlling labour and COGS to maximise GP.
• Foster a culture of performance, safety, and high standards of hygiene.
