Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a hands-on General Manager to run one of its busy centres. You’ll shape a safe, fun environment for staff and guests, while driving profit across bar, diner, amusements and bowling.

You’ll be fully accountable for meeting budget and KPIs and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service. The role demands leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for people, with the ability to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced, growth-focused

Qualifications

Hands-on General Manager experience in leisure/hospitality/retail.
Budget management of £1m or more.
Delivers top operational standards in the industry.
Proven ability to optimise sales and performance of a business unit.
Passion for people with coaching and development skills.
Empathetic, compassionate, resilient and adaptable.
Willingness to work nights and weekends.
