Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of the restaurant. You’ll lead a fast-paced team to deliver high standards in people, sales, profit, and guest experience.

You’ll manage compliance with food safety, health and safety, and employment law, while driving performance, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring strong operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR
• Leads teams to meet sales targets and maintain brand standards
• Strong ability to recruit, train and develop staff while ensuring safety and quality

What you’ll do here

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Full accountability for your restaurant’s performance, inc P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all time
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future talent
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
