Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to own the operation of a high-volume site. You will lead a motivated team, drive sales, manage costs and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

As a GM, you will oversee recruitment, development plans and succession, maintain food safety and brand standards, and optimise staffing and stock control. The role offers strong career progression and comprehensive employee perks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Strong track record of hitting sales targets and managing P&L.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems.
• Ability to lead and develop teams and foster high standards of guest experience.
