Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers to take full ownership of a busy Popeyes restaurant. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, drive high standards, and deliver strong metrics across people, sales, profit, and guest experience.

You'll get a 10% performance bonus, £1000 management referral bonus, 30 days holiday plus birthday day off, private healthcare, free meals on shift and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership; built teams and developed future talent.
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• Full accountability for restaurant performance, incl P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target
• Build rotas that balance availability, labour budgets, and peak trade
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action
• Bring the Fun and keep the energy high, the service smooth, and the culture poppin’
