We're looking for a General Manager for a family friendly pub in Warrington. Salary up to £42,500 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Marston's is one of the UK's largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we're on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Peacock in Warrington and lead the team to success!

About the pub

The Peacock is an open-plan pub with a striking central bar, zoned areas for dining and drinking, plus a pool table and dartboard for added fun. Outside, you'll find a spacious beer garden complete with a children's play area and shared parking with the neighbouring shopping centre. With a strong daytime trade and a weekly turnover of approximately £15k, the Peacock attracts a mix of shoppers, families, and local office workers. We're looking for a guest-focused, standards-driven leader who can spot opportunities to drive all aspects of the business and make The Peacock a standout destination in Warrington.

The accommodation is located on the first floor of the pub with a separate entrance and has 3 bedrooms.
