Young's Pubs is seeking a General Manager for the Alexander Pope in Twickenham, a pub with views of the Thames and 32 bedrooms. The role offers live-in accommodation and a strong bonus potential as the business undergoes significant investment.

You will lead a boutique pub-with-rooms, drive guest experience, own the menu, and recruit and develop your team. Autonomy within a framed framework is provided to tailor offers, events, and marketing to grow the business and deliver exceptional service.

General Manager Up to 60K plus bonus - Live In We're looking for a General Manager for the Alexander Pope, a fantastic pub located in bustling Twickenham that comes complete with views of the Thames. This pub has plenty trading space, including garden areas, private rooms and of course the 32 onsite bedrooms.

We're looking for an experienced GM to lead this incredible pubs with rooms onto the next phase of its journey. Currently undergoing a full investment in its bedrooms, with a further investment planned for the pub and garden in early 2027, it is an incredible time to join this community focused pub.

Running a Pub for Young's: We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We're all about freedom within a framework - you decide what goes on the food menu - and that doesn't mean picking from a bank of recipes! You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with your business vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
