Job summary

Young's Pubs is seeking a General Manager for the Bear in Cobham. The role offers up to £50k salary with a substantial bonus potential and live-in possibilities for the right candidate.

You will lead a busy pub known for great food and a welcoming atmosphere, driving guest experience and commercial performance. You will oversee fresh food operations, staff recruitment and development, and build strong relationships with locals and visitors in this community hub.

General Manager - Up to 50k plus bonus, Live in Potential

We're looking for a General Manager for the Bear in Cobham - a buzzy home from home where locals and visitors gather for great times and great food. This pub is a favourite of the local community and enjoys an excellent reputation for food and service. The pub comes complete with a private dining/meeting room, a large, airy dining area as well as a relaxing outdoor terrace.

The ideal candidate is used to working with fresh food and has experience running a destination dining business or popular foodie site. They'll be someone who is at home interacting with the locals behind the bar as they are leading a stunning Sunday service. We're looking for a guest obsessed General Manager who is passionate about creating an environment were memories are made over delicious meals and drinks. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue to grow this well known, thriving pub that sits at the heart of the community.
