Old-Brewery in Greenwich is seeking a entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our pub at the heart of Greenwich. The role offers autonomy to shape menus, events and guest experience with the freedom to grow sales through memorable experiences.

You will recruit and develop your team, drive performance, and own local marketing and recruitment. A strong track record running a seasonal, high-volume operation and a passion for exceptional customer service are essential. Live-out position.

General Manager - Up to 50K plus bonus - live out
We're looking for a General Manager for the Old Brewery in Greenwich. This pub sits right at the heart of Greenwich, in the Old Royal Naval College. There is plenty of space inside and outside the pub, and plenty of opportunity to grow sales through big events and weddings in stunning surroundings. The ideal GM has experience running a seasonal business at volume and driving sales through events and reasons to visit.

Running a Pub for Young's:

We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We're all about freedom within a framework - you decide what goes on the food menu - and that doesn't mean picking from a bank of recipes!
