Job summary

Young's Pubs is seeking a General Manager for the Old Brewery in Greenwich. You will run a seasonal, high-volume pub, grow sales through events and weddings, and set the strategy for a distinctive, food-focused operation.

You will have autonomy to shape the menu, events and marketing, while leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role offers substantial bonus potential and strong benefits as part of a supportive growth path within Young's pubs.

We're looking for a General Manager for the Old Brewery in Greenwich. This pub sits right at the heart of Greenwich, in the Old Royal Naval College. There is plenty of space inside and outside the pub, and plenty of opportunity to grow sales through big events and weddings in stunning surroundings. The ideal GM has experience running a seasonal business at volume and driving sales through events and reasons to visit.
