Job summary

Young's is seeking a creative General Manager for the White Cross in Richmond, one of London’s iconic pubs. You’ll lead a high-volume site by the Thames, balancing exceptional standards with entrepreneurial flair and a focus on growth.

As GM you’ll recruit and develop your team, tailor the guest experience, plan events and marketing, and own the P&L. The role offers autonomy, extensive training, and a generous bonus potential of up to 100% of salary plus benefits.

General Manager - Up to 70k plus bonus

We're looking for a General Manager for one of London's most iconic pubs, the White Cross in Richmond. Nestled on the Banks of the Thames (and at high tide, within the Thames!), this pub attracts purveyors of picturesque pints from all over the capital and beyond, whether they have travelled by foot, train, canoe or paddle board.

The pub comes with a riverside beer garden, 2 kitchens, an upstairs dining area and a lively main bar space. The ideal candidate is an exceptional General Manager with a track record of growing sales in high volume sites, without sacrificing exceptional standards. This is a flagship business that requires an outstanding leader.
