Job summary

You will be appointed as General Manager at the Ship Inn, East Grinstead, a community high street pub with space for events and a wrap-around beer garden. You will shape the guest experience, drive sales and nurture links with the local community.

Managing creativity and autonomy in a food-focused setting, you’ll tailor offerings, recruit and lead the team, and pursue ongoing development within Young's Pubs.

Responsibilities

• Run the Ship Inn, East Grinstead, including events and the beer garden.
