About the pub

The Pump House is a fantastic two floor operation pub, set between the sandy beach of Swansea Bay and the vibrant City Centre. Delighting guests with our Community menu, The Pump House boasts modern industrial décor, an amazing open grill area, with over 180 covers inside & external seating for 120 guests.

Located just a few minutes’ walk from the Arena theatre, The Pump House is a high-volume business trading at an average of £25,000 per week, with a 70/30 dry to wet sales mix. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced General Manager to showcase their knowledge of the local area and track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences & ability to drive sales in a busy branded food environment.

Management accommodation is available in the form of a large 2 bedroom accommodation.
